SURFADIOLS 755W is a polymeric high-performance wetting and dispersing additive for waterborne formulations. Suitable for all kinds of pigments. With organic pigments, the outstanding stabilization and viscosity reduction can be observed. Low influence on coating properties, therefore suitable for exterior applications in industrial and transportation coatings. Solvent-free.

Incorporation and Processing Instructions
In order to obtain performance, the additive needs to be slowly added with stirring to the mixture of grinding resin, co-solvent or resin emulsion.
When used for resin-free pigment concentrate, the additive shall be mixed evenly with water before adding the pigment, and the pigment shall be added after the additive is fully dispersed.
Recommended Levels
As supplied calculated on inorganic pigment: 10% – 20%
As supplied calculated on organic pigment: 15% – 30%
As supplied calculated on titanium dioxide: 2% – 5%
As supplied calculated on carbon black: 30% – 100%
Package and storage
The material is available in 200kg drums and 25kg pails.
Keep containers tightly closed in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place.
When stored in an original unopened packaging, the product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
